Degree-wise Admission Process

    • Admission Process: Based on performance in the 10+2 examination. The college may also conduct an entrance examination or interview.

  • Post Basic B.Sc Nursing:

    • Duration: 2 years

    • Intake Capacity: 60 students

    • Eligibility: Completed a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and registered with the State Nursing Council.

    • Admission Process: Based on performance in the qualifying GNM course. The selection may include an entrance examination or interview.

  • M.Sc Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing):

    • Duration: 2 years

    • Intake Capacity: 50 students

    • Eligibility: Completed B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.

    • Admission Process: Based on performance in the B.Sc Nursing degree, with potential entrance exams and/or interviews.

Basic documentation required for admission in bsc nursing consists of:
1. 10th marksheet
2. 12th marksheet
3. Adhar card /any other photo identity card.
4. If you have any reservation category, the certificates of that category are also required.

You have not mentioned the course you are interested in. If you want admission in Government College of Nursing, Indore for B.Sc Nursing then according to eligibility criteria the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under  AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC). You will have to apply online in the official website or go to the college physically.

The official dates for the admission process, for the year 2020,  to start at Government College of Nursing, Indore has not been announced yet. Usually the admissions start in the month of July.
