Degree wise Admission Process
MBBS: The admission to this MBBS program at the Government Medical College and Hospital, Baramati, is taken through the NEET-UG. For the MBBS program, the college provides a total of 100 seats. Furthermore, the students must qualify NEET-UG with the minimum percentile as prescribed by the NMC to be eligible for admission. Then they would be selected based on the NEET-UG score that follows the reservation policies of the state government.
MD Community Medicine: The applicant is allowed an intake of 6 seats in the postgraduate course. Admission is made after qualifying at NEET PG. In addition to the completion of an MBBS from a recognized institution, entrants must be adhering to the criteria of NMC for the recipient of a postgraduate degree in medicine.
MD Physiology: There are 4 seats offered for MD Physiology. Admission will be through NEET PG like other programs. Hence, candidates having MBBS and completing their internship and qualifying NEET PG become eligible to apply.
