The Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki offers a wide range of facilities to its students. The facilities include a library with about 8000 texts and over 100 National and International journals, CD/DVDs, etc. There is a huge auditorium that has ample seating capacity for all its students and faculty. The auditorium is well equipped with audio-visual equipment, well-lit and comfortable seating. The campus has a gymnasium so that students can tend to their physical health apart from academics. The institute has a canteen facility so that students' demands of hygienic and fresh food are met on campus. There is a central research lab, it is spread across a vast area and holds multiple, modern technology equipment and tools. The institute provides separate boys and girls hostel accommodation facilities. The hostels can accommodate a good number of students comfortably, it comes with all the basic necessities.

Hind Institute of Medical Sciences has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. There is a cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, a large ground, chess, table tennis, carrom and more. The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.

Boys Hostel
The institution has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel is well-equipped with all the modern amenities. The hostel is totally under CCTV surveillance for the security purposes of the students. Security guards are also stationed at the entrance of the boys hostel 24*7.
Girls Hostel
The girls hostel has all the modern amenities for the benefits of the students. The hostel is covered with CCTV cameras at various places for safety and security purposes. 24*7 security is also provided by security guards stationed at the entrance of the hostel.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Gym
The institute has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment for the fitness freak students.
Library
The library of the institute has a wide collection of books, magazines, national and international journals. The library has about 8,000 texts and more than 100 national and international journals. It also has 500 CD/DVDs on various topics. The library has various online resources such as Pubmed.nl, freeBook4Doctors.com, Free Medical Journals etc. in its disposal.
Sports
HIMS Lucknow has a sports ground which is used for a variety of outdoor games such as basketball, volleyball, cricket. The institution also has an indoor games room where table tennis, chess, carrom and arm wrestling are played by the students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The institute has a well-equipped canteen which serves healthy and hygienic food to students, teachers and non-teaching staff.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
