Ideal College of Ayurved, Palghar-a prestigious institute for Ayurvedic education-was located in the village of Posheri, Taluka Wada, Maharashtra. The college is affiliated with the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM) and offers a full-fledged Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program. The BAMS-degree course offered at Ideal College of Ayurved is a comprehensive study that takes around five and a half years' time, inclusive of a one-year compulsory internship. The approved intake of the college for the program is 100. Admission to BAMS takes place purely based on the merit rank secured by the student in the NEET UG exam.
