Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) is a four-year programme (full time) offered by Dr. APJ Technical University, Lucknow approved by AICTE.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering has been formed with the establishment of IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida in 2005. The department is vibrant with several activities round the year. Research focus is there in all tires of education. The Department encourages research in Mechanical as well as interdisciplinary areas.

The Mechanical Engineering Department at IIMT, Greater Noida takes pride in achievements of its alumni, who have shined in various walks of life.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Mechanical Graduates will have strong fundamental technical knowledge and with capabilities to develop a core competency in diversified areas and allied fields with the use of software tools to expand their knowledge horizon and inculcate lifelong learning.
Graduates will have effective communication, leadership, team building, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and software and creative skills by understanding contemporary issues thereby contributing to their overall personality and career development.
Graduates will develop a practical attitude with ethical responsibilities and service towards their peers, employers, society and follow these precepts in their daily life.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 or equivalent from recognised Board in Physics, Maths and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with minimum 45% marks in PCM (40% in case of SC/ ST candidate).

College Infrastructure

College have lcds projectors ACs and fans but mostly of things are for show and for marketing because they don't use them most often and after the first year students don't get much value from the college.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is not about the inside of the college it also about outside of the college if you look around the college the route and the surroundings all looks quite good and there are hey many hostels around the college.
