College Infrastructure
The ininfrastructure of is average, but the equipment of is very poor. Some device are kept there just for show, some are broken. The classroom is okay. The canteen is not hygienic at all, most of the time foods are not available.

You can do either B.Sc in genetic engineering or B.Tech in Genetic Engineering.
Top colleges which offers various courses in genetic engineering:
- Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
- Indian Institute of Science, (IISc), Bangalore.
- Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
- Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
- All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
When we talk about placement then there are very less job offers for Genetic engineering.A genetic engineer works with the genetic material or DNA of orgnisms to change or modify some component. Genetic Engineering graduates get the opportunity to work in medical and pharmaceutical Industries, Agriculture Industries, Research.
The average package you will get is 20k-35k per month.
