I think BBA at JIMS Vasant Kunj is a better option because of the internship and placement assistance provided and the highest salary package offered.

Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management, Janakpuri is a private NAAC accredited college under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi . The college offers five courses enlisted below-

The admission to all this courses are provided on the basis of IPU CET .  As you can see, the college don't offers the course of BTech and you can't get admission to the college in direct admission.

JIMS Vk, Kalkaji, and Rohini are among the best colleges for BCA because JIMS has established itself as a brand. JIMS is also recognised by a number of companies, and the level of discipline and studies is high. IITM isn't bad either, but in comparison to JIMS, the latter is clearly superior. However, keep in mind the accessibility of any institute from your home; if IITM is close to your home, you can choose that college as well. Do not overthink it because you will apparently be taking an MCA after three years, so it is fine to choose any college for a bachelor's degree.

You can get admission through a test which is Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the GGSIP University and students are selected on the basis of merit list.

Eligibility criteria :

Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with pass in English (core or elective or functional). Mathematics or (Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web Technology / Data Management Application / Web Application as compulsory subject of non-vocational stream with 50 theory and 50 practical ratio).
OR
Three year Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to a recognized examining body with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Marks aren't the only factor that is responsible for the rank in the exam, but the no. of students are Greater the no. of students applying for the same course, greater the probability of getting low rank( if marks are low).You may get admission in Institute of Information Technology and Management in spot round round most probably. Although your performance was average you may still get admission here as last year the cut off was around 16k in IPU CET rank. Apply for the counselling process and all the best!

BCom Hons in both the section of IITM Janakpuri are quite good if you are enthusiastic about the subject. So you have nothing to worry about it. The faculties of both the shifts are very well qualified and they have been excellent professionals in there own career. IIT or Institute of Information Technology and Management , Janakpuri is a good college with a decent infrastructure and qualified faculty . It will be difficult to give an exact picture about the MBA department as it will depend on individual experience. Placement wise the minimum salary package offered in 2019 was 3 LPA and the highest package offered was 8 LPA. So if you have required skill sets and good academic record , then you will find a good placement otherwise it might little difficult. If you ask whether it is an ideal college for MBA , then I would suggest , if you get a better college , then you need not hesitate much .So try for better ones , if you get then fine , else this is a decent college . I suggest you to visit the college once to get an idea about the campus life.So basically if you are looking for a regular MBA degree and job prospects then , you can do it any regular college , but if you are really serious about have a career and most importantly MBA learning experience , wait an year and clear exams like CAT,XAT or MAT and go for premium institutions, because an MBA certificate from those institutions will carry more value .
