B.Optom: The Institute provides Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) program with an approved intake of 20 students. Admission to this program is based on the marks obtained in 11th and 12th standard. The selection process abides strictly by the rules and regulations laid down by TN Dr. MGR Medical University. The candidate should have strong groundwork in science subjects, especially Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
With 8 approved seats, the institute offers MS Ophthalmology, which is regarded as its flagship postgraduate course. Admission into the MS Ophthalmology course is extremely competitive and is based on the performance of the candidate at the NEET PG exam. To be eligible, a candidate must have completed their MBBS from a recognized university and must have appeared for and cleared the NEET PG exam. The selection is based on the NEET PG rank and the subsequent counseling process.
