Our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipment, we have clean and huge classrooms , laboratories, library, basket ball court, hostel, wifi free campus, smart boards, etc . They are all used and well maintained.

I am persuing bsc.home science pass course and teachers are good here and highly educated with quality of experience. Curriculum develops in every two or three years and gets updates now and for better study

We do have an official placement cell , and we do also have placement fair once a year for getting internship , i have no other knowledge about it, so i would not like to speak further to make it look bad

My course was around 23,000/- per year, and this course infact this college is worth everythng

Campus life is the best here, love and aesthetic ambiance, flooded with greenery around and fresh air, staff and student relationship is very good here , as teachers are very supportive, location is very prime Nd its is absolutely safe

The College's Infrastructure is so amazing and spacious. It has all kinds of facilities from Library to Basketball court, Hostels, Laboratories, Seminar Rooms, etc. Its has as canteen too and sitting area for the same.

The College is the Best in Asia and comprising of very smart and helpful teachers. I am studying Home Science Honours which is 3 year course and I selected the same because it comprises of many subjects and specialization which in turn gives you more alternatives and opportunities. The curriculum keeps on updating but in a slow manner.

There is no such placement cells in the college but here teacher help and refer and guide the Students for the same. And many students like me after completing Bachelors most of them opt of doing futher studies like Masters in their specific subject or doing any other degree courses, etc.

The fees that we give is a bit high than other colleges of Delhi University but for me it's worth it because of the facilities and faculty members. Its around 38000 per year. We doesn't have pay much after the fees. But it depends on person to person. For me it's fine and worth it

The college campus life is amazing. The college location is Central Delhi which is because college has numerous spots for Students and their friends to chill. CP, NSD, Triveni Cafe, Janpath, SRC are some to name. The Annual Cultural Festival i.e. Quintessence is the Highlight of Every year which comprises of Society events, concert Night, DJ night, etc. There are many Societies in which students can enroll and do and learn different things except academics.

Lady Irwin college Is one of the oldest college of Delhi University with beautiful infrastructure. The college has a very old library with thousands of books . There is also a small canteen which provides clean and fresh food . College provides 24 hours free WiFi. Classrooms are well maintained with projectors in each classroom. Lady Irwin college values extra curricular activities so it provides equal space for each activity .

College offers undergraduate courses in Home science and food technology , postgraduate courses ,Diploma, Ph.D. and B.Ed courses. It also offers short term certificate courses . I'm studying Bsc in Home Science . Teaching staff of our college is very helpful and cooperative . Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the given field . Post graduation is very necessary in my field to have a stable job .

College does not offer any placement after bachelors degree . However there are end number of scopes after post graduation in all the subjects provide by the college . Ritu Kumar , Sushma Seth, Manpreet Brar , Chitrangada Singh are few of many successful and notable alumni of lady Irwin college.

College is located in central Delhi . One can go to various places for eating and shopping from college. College students can enroll themselves in various societies offered by thi college. These societies help an individual to explore themself .

Lady Irwin college is one of the best college in delhi university as it helps it students to explore themselves .

All the labs are well well equipped, classrooms are large with black board, white board and projectors. There is a nursery school In college which helps human development students to observe behaviour in children. Wifi does not work everywhere in the college. Some labs also have big screen televisions which are used by teachers to show course related videos.

I am pursuing bsc home science (pass). This college is the best in Delhi and one of the best in country the country. Doing just graduation in this field is not enough,they study mainly 5 subjects which are food and nutrition, human development, resource management, textile, communication and extension.

I've been a student of this college for 3 years now I've never heard of placement atleast for undergraduate students. There is no placements provided by college and if there is placement this is not very visual.

The course fee for bsc home science varies 22-26k per year which is not that cheap when compared to other Delhi University College but then its not too much and the infrastructure provided by the college is worth the money.

Besides being a girls college, college students are engaged in various extracurricular there are 12 or 13 societies including music, dance,drama, entrepreneurship cell,nss, ncc, photography, fashion and any other. The college organise one of the best fest in the city with artists like ayushmaan khurana and mohit chauhan. Teachers are very interactive and helping. Lab staff is also very good.

I am in my third year now and have enjoyed previous years very much, college life is fun, making friends in college are easy, teachers mostly understand the problems of students.

Our college has a great campus. The classes have full ventilation. Hygiene is kept as an upmost priority. It has necessary infrastructure and facilities a college must provide. The basketball court is one of the favourite spot of all the students. All activities take place there. There are many societies the college offer to its students. During the fest season, many famous artists have been called to perform at the college. Many events take place in the college time to time.

I'm pursuing bsc Hons home science as I wanted to pursue child psychology as a career option. The quality of teaching is great, mainly the practicals are the area's I show keen interest in. The curriculum is well updated.

The quality of placements is great at my college. It offers many options to the students. The college Is very supportive during the whole of placement process. It is easy and very convenient for the students at the same time.

The course cost per year around 30k. Yes I feel it's worthwhile as we're provided with laboratories and equipments in our practicals periods. Also, we're provided with many other resources at our college.

Lady Irwin college has a beautiful campus with a red brick building as seen mostly in all du affiliated colleges with a beautiful lush green lawn in both its side . The building is well ventilated . Classrooms are spacious . Wifi facility is available in the CRC and also in the hostel . The laboratories are well equipped with all the things required to perform the practical and to impart practical based knowledge to the students .

I am doing Bsc Home Science from Lady Irwin college .This is a three year professional course which cover various aspects of learning . The teaching not only focus on theoretical concepts but also on the practicals . After every semester we are offered with different sets of subjects to give a glimpse of all the 5 departments . And in the final year we choose them according to our interest. The teachers are just amazing and focus on overall development of the students .

I don't think that the college provides any placements . Although it has its own placement cell . But yes one can do various internships at the masters level . And definately at an individual level students do get the desired jobs because of the increasing demand of the subjects.

As compared to other colleges in delhi University it is a bit expensive . But according to me the fees is worth it as they also provide us the practical knowledge and the course in itself is very good .

The campus is situated in a very posh area all surrounded by the greenery . The best part is it is very near to Mandi House metro station . It is near to India Gate and Cannaught Place . One can visit the places even by walking . The environment of the campus is really safe even for the hostellers .

Overall my journey at Lady Irwin college was really wonderful . Full of fun and amazing memories . I have learnt a lot of things in my college life which has definitely added on to my overall personality . Looking forward to get the admission in masters as well in Lady Irwin college

The college infrastructure is very good. There is a front and back lawn, basketball court, amphitheatre, library, well-equipped classrooms and they are well maintained. The college is located in a lush green area and s spacious also. Hostel accommodation is also provided and is just few steps away from college.

The course is good. The teachers are very supportive and make sure to give you theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Studying the course was very much enhancing and worth it. The curriculum teaches students a lot, both for their professional as well as personal lives.

It is suggested that you should go for masters or higher education for getting jobs or placements! Prepare for your postgraduation studies before getting a job! That will be much more better for your career.

The fees is quite affordable given that all the courses have practicals and they are conducted on a regular basis.

The campus life is good. We have DJ night in October and the annual cultural festival Quintessence which are amazing. I feel happy being a part of these fests! Also, other functions are organised time to tome by different departments of the college for their students. Talking about the location of college, it is located in Mandi House, close to metro station and there is a Bengali market close to the college where students can get all the required items.

I am basically a hosteller so, I spent most of the time in college because the hostel is inside the college itself. I loved being in college especially it's red bricks. My gallery is full of red brick + me. Even though the college one of the oldest building and college then also it has every latest items to accompany with academic, and fun for sure. Even though it's an off campus it's the best place. You can find peace as well as fun at different places.

I'll say practical are the best. And the way practical is conducted all the teachers and all the assistant sir in the lab are the best. I am basically saying about practical because I had attended the practical only or mostly. I loved many Theory classes too but at the end for Theory everything is to study and teachers will help so I prefer to learn new things during theory or being part of society because this is the only time to enjoy.

I feel that our college do not provide placement for bsc course we have to do msc further to have a job. But I'll say for sure most of the teachers help to get internship and tell us about the future. And also help us meet our seniors who are doing great to get motivated and have a motive.

For sure it's value to money. It helps you groom from outside as well as from inside.

I just spent one year in college as a fresher and I'll say that was the best year of my life. I am crying to get to my room and to the college.

Studying in Lady Irwin College has been amazing for me. From infrastructure to the food, the environment everything is commendable. We maintain a clean and safe environment inside the campus. Hostel is inside the campus and the entire campus is WIFI supported.

The curriculum is updated. We have five different subjects in home science and can choose among them as per our choices. LIC is definitely a dream college for many students. The staff is also very talented.

I am still in my final year and we dont have a placement cell in the college for under graduates. We get placed after completing our masters and the packages given then are amazing. The staff is supportive to each one of us.

Course cost per year ranges between 21k to 26k. The money is definitely worth. The location of college and the facilities provided are up to mark. There is definitely no regret of coming into the college.

The college campus is surrounded with trees and plants everywhere. There are different and variety of activities. The location is Mandi House which is cherry on the top. The college has medical room, canteen, hostel, libraries and a friendly environment.

I am studying bsc Hons homescience as it is a unique course with different specialization to choose and explore our interest.The teaching method used by teachers is very good. The curriculum followed in college is latest and provides practical and field experience too which helps to prepare for jobs.

The college provides knowledge and specialisation in different fields and one can choose according to her interest and can further study in that. The teachers are really helpful as a mentor they help us in deciding what we can choose and what are the career opportunities and placements in that particular field. Students are placed in various organisations and companies according to their specialisation and there are more career opportunities after MSc.

The college campus is really nice and the best part is that we can join different societies of our choice. There are many societies for dance,music,art,etc.The staff is very supportive and teachers are really helpful.
