Ok so you got 80.5 percentile in jee main if you have any reservations qouta then you will be definitely able to make up to college through jee mains if you do not have any qouta it might be difficult for you . As percentile matters for reserved people . You said you are applying under state qouta you might get admission . All the best

No your rank is not enough to get  seat in good NIT/IIITs . You may get seat in some lower NIT but wouldn't be able to get a good branch (ie CSE,ECE,ME). So it's very low chance to get admitted.

But you should try once.participate in counselling.

It is quite difficult because last year cut off was around 120 marks.But I would recommend you to apply to college as much as possible because cut off changes every year.Cut off depends to highest score and number of applicants.

See right now telling u about which college u will be getting through JEE MAINS exam is difficult as u have been provided with the percentile score in ur shift and that too in ur slot. U should be waiting for the NTA for final rank list. With ur percentile u might be getting some low NITs for ur btech career.
