Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least the minimum aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics put together category-wise.

General Category (OC) – 45% marks in aggregate
BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST Category – 40% marks in aggregate

B.E. / B.Tech. – Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry)

Based on the percentage marks obtained in the Diploma (10+3/12+2) examination.
Mgt. Quota – Based on the entrance exam conducted by the Association of Management of Chennai, Anna University Affiliated Colleges
Candidates who have passed 10+3 or 12+2 years Diploma / B.Sc (any stream) Examination recognized by Central / State Governments with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
Minimum Eligibility Marks
- General Category (OC) – 55% aggregate in all Semester marks put together
- BC / BCM Category – 50% aggregate in all Semester marks put together
- MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST Category – 45% aggregate in all Semester marks put together

Admission Details

Govt. Quota – Based on the cut-off marks obtained in the higher secondary (10+2) examination.
Mgt. Quota – Based on the entrance exam conducted by the Association of Management of Chennai, Anna University Affiliated Colleges
