The Maharana Pratap College of Dentistry and Research, Gwalior, is one of the best dental colleges under the auspices of Jiwaji University, recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI). The college offers programmes for undergraduate (BDS) and postgraduate (MDS) training in various branches of dentistry. Such Maharana Pratap College of Dentistry and Research admissions must be merit-based and uphold a common standard for all courses. MPCDR academic sessions usually run from August to September every year, whereas admissions will begin two months earlier. The qualifying exam for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
