Malabar Medical College admission into the MBBS course shall be based on NEET-UG scores. There are 200 total intakes for this degree course. Malabar Medical College admission shall entail counseling and allotment of seats through the centralised admission system. NEET-UG scores or the state's Common Entrance Test (CET) will fill up 85% of the seats, while 15% will be allocated under the Management/NRI quota.
The college offers a variety of postgraduate programmes, among which MD General Medicine has 4 seats allocated to it, and MD Paediatrics also has 4 allocated seats.
