Malabar Medical College admission into the MBBS course shall be based on NEET-UG scores. There are 200 total intakes for this degree course. Malabar Medical College admission shall entail counseling and allotment of seats through the centralised admission system. NEET-UG scores or the state's Common Entrance Test (CET) will fill up 85% of the seats, while 15% will be allocated under the Management/NRI quota.
The college offers a variety of postgraduate programmes, among which MD General Medicine has 4 seats allocated to it, and MD Paediatrics also has 4 allocated seats. Other courses maintained by this college include MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology (4), MS Orthopaedics (4), MD Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy (3), MD Pathology (3), and MD Emergency Medicine (3).
