When it comes to placements at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech, it's kind of like the middle child – not grabbing the spotlight, but holding its own. The job scene is there, but it's not breaking the internet. You know, you won't find Fortune 500 companies camping outside, but you won't be sending out resumes into a black hole either. The placement game is steady. Some land dream gigs, some hustle a bit for the right fit. It's not a job bonanza, but it's not a job apocalypse either.
