Yes, you are eligible. The minimum age criteria for NEET is 17 years and the upper limit stood at 26 years for general category and 30 years for OBC (Other Backward Classes).
But, the supreme court has eradicated the upper age limit criteria which enables students of any age to appear in the exam.

Narayana Medical College is a Private Medical College and in 2018, under State Quota, 426 marks secured a seat in NMC under OBC Category. Now you haven't mentioned your Category and cut offs also change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you want a a seat in 2020 in this College, you should aim for atleast 500-550.
