Hi,
CMRIT is a better option than ECE and New Horizon College due to a number of reason. The infrastructure and the facilities available is CMRIT are excellent. As far as academic teaching they have very good faculties.
A very few extracurriculars/workshops you can expect from the very few from the college. If you are really interested to do some then go ahead and do it and you can proceed with assistance guidance from the faculty.
As far as placements are concerned I can tell you from both colleges you'll find very few core companies visiting or not at all.

Hey Nethra! The timing for the second shift batch in the new horizon college of engineering and technology is in some college the timing for the second shift is 3:00 to 7:30 pm but in some college the difference is minimal the timings there is for the second shift is 11 to 5 pm so basically it depends on the college to college. Rest all the things are conducted unitedly.
We have unlimited Wi-Fi in our college for each and every student, and there is a dedicated lab for each and every subject, be it Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or Mechanical. There are good facilities such as hot and cold water. In the library, there are adequate books for studying.
We have a huge library in our college, and it has all the textbooks. Coming to the classroom, we have a smart board. The blackboard is only used for some explanation. The labs have Wi-Fi connections, and all the systems work very well. The classrooms are spacious, and nearly 80 students can accommodate in one room. Our campus also has an indoor gym, which is separate for both boys and girls. We also have an outdoor and indoor BB court, an indoor sports court for indoor games, and 2 dance studios for the dancers to practice before any special occasion.
The best infrastructure which we can find in the surrounding college in Bangalore. When you enter in to the college you feel like you have entered some MNC company. The infrastructure is at its best as they have given more importance to the students comfort. They give free Wi-Fi, SAP labs, big data labs schienzer labs many more labs are been equipped.
