Hello Sandhya, do you mean CSE branch ? If so then it's different to get CSE seat in New Horizon College for your rank. You may get other branches in that college.

According to your rank, it is not possible to get a seat in new horizon college of engineering as the rank you mentioned is quite high. The maximum cut off goes up to 40,000 that too for electrical and electronics engineering. You may check the link for more details

As far as academic teaching they have very good faculties.

A very few extra curriculars/workshops you can expect the very few from the college. If you are really interested to do some then go ahead and do it and you can proceed with assistance guidance from

frankly to say there is no much diffrence in the both the colleges while they are same institutions. while place , faculty only makes the change.

However New Horizon is well known brand and shall have positive impact for offcampus placements. 

Kristu Jayanthi College is not well accredited as compared to New Horizon and hence not recommended.
