The Nightingale Institute of Nursing has affiliations with major medical centres such as the Northern Railway Central Hospitals in New Delhi, as well as health core agencies like District Hospital Primary Health Centre in Bisrakh and IBHAS in Delhi. This provides invaluable experiential learning opportunities for students, complementing their classroom studies. Students actively contribute to the health of individuals and communities through their clinical experiences in both rural and urban areas, as prescribed by the INC syllabus and State Nursing Council (UP). Nightingale Institute of Nursing Noida is affiliated with several hospitals for different specialties, including the 300-bed NABH-accredited Fortis Hospital in Noida for neurosurgery and orthopaedic super specialties, and the Institute of Human Behavioural and Allied Sciences in Dilshad Garden, Delhi for psychiatric clinical experience.

Other affiliated hospitals include Metro Hospital in Noida, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital in Kichripur, Mayur Vihar Phase-II, Delhi, and the Northern Railway Central Hospital in New Delhi, which is recognized by the Medical Council of India for training interns, house surgeons, and nurses. All hospitals are equipped with modern technologies, and students are accompanied by experienced teachers in the clinical areas. The Institute also has various labs, including the Fundamentals of Nursing Lab, Pediatric Lab, Gynae Obs Lab, Nutrition Lab, Anatomy and Physiology Lab, Microbiology Lab, and Community Lab, all equipped with sophisticated articles. 

The library has 5000 standard books and 5 national and 5 international journals, while the computer room has computers with the latest software and internet facilities to keep students updated. Transport is provided by the Institute's own buses for commuting between the clinical area and the Institute. Shared and semi-furnished accommodations are available in the hostel, which has 24-hour RO water supply and generator facilities. Quality and hygienic food is provided by the mess within the hostel premises, and there is one recreation and one reading room available. Finally, the Nightingale Nursing Times, a monthly magazine containing scholarly articles related to nursing, is published since May 2004. It is widely circulated to important healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, manufacturers, and government and private medical, paramedical, and nursing institutes all over India.
