According to the previous year cutoff, You must score marks more than 580 in NEET exam for admission to North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College for General category.

Chances are little less as in previous year the closing rank was 5547 so according to this much rank the safest score should be approx 580 but you can try as the cut off keeps on changing year to year.
