Specialized honors courses with research components in subjects such as Geography, Zoology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Food and Nutrition are also available. These courses have an intake ranging from 25 to 62 seats. Admission is based on the merit list of 10+2 scores, with a focus on science subjects.

B.Com Programs: The total intake of the B.Com programs offered by Panihati Mahavidyalaya is 160 seats. This includes a specialized B.Com Accounting and Finance Honors with Research course, which has an intake of 79 seats. Admissions to B.Com programs are based on merit lists prepared from 10+2 scores, with emphasis on subjects in commerce.
