The college has a Central Library of Panihati Mahavidyalaya started the establishment of Panihati Mahavidyalaya in 1976. The Central Library is situated on the ground floor of the main building. Currently, it has over 15,000 books and 10 journals. The material and resources are entirely closed access. Recently KOHA (version 3.14) has been installed to automate the library operations.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a well-furnished, spacious College Auditorium with a seating capacity of 300, which is used extensively to conduct cultural and academic functions on a periodic basis. 

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an Alumni Association, comprising all ex-students of Panihati Mahavidyalaya, which was formed to enable them to interact on various issues/matters relating to the development and growth of the college. The Alumni meetings are held with great enthusiasm & zeal. The Association provides an opportunity to rebuild friendly ties and maintain a healthy relationship between the ex-students and the current students.
