Hyderabad's Panineeya Institute of Dental Sciences and Research Center (PIDSR) is a top-notch institute in the field of dental education. PIDSR Hyderabad runs an undergraduate programme (BDS) along with postgraduate (MDS) programmes in dental specialties. PIDSR Hyderabad admission process is through national-level entrance exams and is directed to select the finest candidates.
PIDSR Hyderabad admission process generally follows the national calendar for dentistry. Admission to the BDS programme is based on the marks secured in NEET. NEET application for the most part opens in February and the exam is conducted in May. In the case of MDS admissions, they are provided depending the scoring from NEET for MDS examinations. Application form for NEET MDS is usually done in February and the examination conducted in March.
PIDSR Hyderabad admission process also accepts NEET for BDS admissions and NEET MDS for postgraduate programme admissions. The two examinations assess knowledge and aptitude in the relevant disciplines and subjects necessary before taking on dental studies. Preparation for both examinations should preferably be accomplished with regard to the official syllabi covering all topics for Physics including Chemistry and Biology for NEET along with advanced subjects in dentistry for NEET MDS.

The Bachelor of Dental Surgery programme of PIDSR has an intake capacity of 100 seats. PIDSR Hyderabad admission process is based on merit, which includes the NEET score of the applicants and further counseling.
PIDSR provides nine specialisations for pursuing an MDS course among students where five in each add up to 45 seats for postgraduates. The details of specialisations include the following:
PIDSR Hyderabad admission process for the MDS programmes is on merit and then followed by a NEET MDS entrance counseling process. MDS programmes usually go on for 3 years of study.

It is difficult to secure a seat in BDS with the mentioned rank. However, you can apply in private colleges as the cut off is slightly lower there. The fee structure ranges from 15 lacs-25 lacs per anum.

After analysing previous year cutoffs trend, at your rank it will be difficult for you to get government seat or private colleges for BDS in Hyderabad in general category. However you have chances to get admission in BDS in Meghana Institute of Dental Science, Nizamabad under Management quota

Actually the fee structure varies institute to institute. As per you have not mention the college name it is quite difficult for us to tell all MDS colleges fee structure. But in general the fee structure of MDS can between 6k to 5lakhs.
