Hello! Candidates who wishto sit for UPSC Civil Services Exammust hold a graduation degree fromany University which has been incorporated by Act of Parliament or which is to be declared as a Deemed University by University Grants Commission or he/she must possess an equivalent qualification for IAS Exam.
The candidate must be more than 21 years of age and the upper age limitis 32 years for general candidates.

M.com is a post graduation course in commerce. It is offered by various Universities in India. The admission process , criteria and fee may vary from institution to institution.
Mostly the time of taking admission to post graduation courses in various institution starts from the month of April and continue to month of August. So you should check the institution for information like admission time, fee etc.
