The college has houses well-ventilated spacious hostels for boys separately. Every student in the hostel is given a bed, a table, and a chair in their room. The hostel mess provides good quality, hygienic well-balanced food. 

The college has a girls' hostel at ensures a peaceful environment that promotes well-being and academic success, providing all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. 

The college has provided a first aid facility to address any medical emergencies to faculty, staff and students. The college has medicines for basic medical emergencies.  Students admitted are covered under a suitable scheme for hospitalization by the College. 

The college has provided a gymnasium equipped with the latest fitness and health gadgets such as joggers, treadmills, and weight-lifting equipment, for the students.

The college has a Library that subscribes to most of the national and international journals required for undergraduate and postgraduate students and faculty, per the MCI norms. It is equipped with all the modern facilities such as the Internet, CD-ROMs, computers, audiovisual aids, and photocopying facilities. In addition, it also subscribes to the Electronic Journal package for over 1000 journals. The central library's time is from 8 am to 12 am. The library has also subscribed to MD-consult and EBSCO hosts two databases that permit online access to full texts of articles in some journals. The faculty has been provided with passwords to access the databases. Multiple copies of all standard textbooks are available for students who want to have them issued. In addition to the Central Library, each department has its Departmental Library

The college offers sports facilities to students. PS Medical College campus has spacious playgrounds/ courts and provides sports equipment to students.
