Atleast 90 percentile is required for general category student for admission And your percentile is very less compared to it. For CSE branch at SSCBS college there is not data provided officially.  for eligibilty criteria , the only mentioned statement is that the candidate must have passed 10and +2 from a  recognised board.

the admission is done on the basis of marks you have secured in your +2. If you have scored good percentage then you can take an admission.

Cutoff is based on the entry of candidates on an average.
