    First if all there is nothing like semi government quota seat, it is government quota seat.

    Now since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

    So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting M P Shah Government Medical College, Jamnagar according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 585 for M P Shah Government Medical College, Jamnagar under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020.
