SRIM Placements 2024: The Shri Ram Institute of Management Jabalpur has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell. SRIM Jabalpur placement cell helps in finding jobs for the students passing out from the institute by collaborating with top companies. It organises various seminars, workshops, Live Alumni sessions to make them ready for the industry. It continuously works throughout the year and established contacts with various Industrial Establishments and Corporate Campus Placements. Companies visit the campus and recruit the students from all the courses. SRIM placement cell handles campus placement of the students and provides complete assistance to the students at various stages of placement process.

SRIM Jabalpur Placement Process

• The Placement Committee will send the information about the placement dive to the companies 2 months before the commencement. 

• Candidates interested fill a Job Notification Form which covers the necessary details about the company, selection procedure to the Placement cell’s mail ID.

• The Placement cell goes through the entries and then confirms the company about the Tentative dates of the placement.

• The companies interested in conducting Pre-Placement Talk send the request to the Training and Placement cell.

• T&P cell shares the job announcement form with the students on their mail and notice boards.

• Candidates interested may apply for the recruitment process of a company a week prior to the company visit.

• Details of the applicants are shared with the company and companies are required to shortlist the candidates.

• Placement cell confirms a mutually selected date for the campus placement.

• The company conducts Written Test/ or Interviews as per their process at the allotted dates.

• The shortlisted candidates list is shared once the company finalises it, then the selected students are informed by the Placement Cell.
