Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Bihar Engineering University, Patna.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum academic qualification, Age, and Fees for admission through an entrance Examination is a pass in the final examination of the Intermediate, 10+2 system or its equivalent. Those appearing in the Intermediate final or equivalent examination may also appear in the Entrance Examination for consideration of provisional admission. All provisional admissions will stand canceled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination(Intermediate or equivalent) is not submitted to the institute at the time of counseling.

Admission Details

Admission to SIT for four years B.Tech. The course is made through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (B.C.E.C.E.) conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

College Infrastructure

college has kind of the decent infrastructure, facilities and equipments, such as good classroom (with smart boards), laboratories hostels .The living space is cleaned and as well as hygienic. Hostel environment is not that good though.

You will have to work hard on your own here!

College Infrastructure

The college doest not have a great infrastructure. It has only computer labs. The facilities are limited. No labs for other subjects. Classrooms are pretty good. But there is no smart class. There is a wifi. There are no canteens as such.

If you have plans ahead this can be a good place for btech

College Infrastructure

This college has a weakness when it comes to infrastructure. There are no laboratories or other facilities. But yes the classes are well maintained and cleaned. however there are no smart boards but there is a wifi. There are no living spaces or canteens thus we cant have food in the college.
