The College Sitamarhi Institute of Technology Sitamarhi facilities have provided state-of-the-art hostel facilities for its students. There are a total of 5 ( boys’) hostels. Currently, 2 (1 Boy’s) Hostels are under construction and 3  (Boy’s) hostels are well maintained and are equipped with all the modern facilities with an intake of about 200 students every year, the total strength of students in the institute is about 500. Sitamarhi Institute of Technology Sitamarhi facilities are single-seated rooms that will be allocated to final-year and pre-final-year borders. Multi-seated accommodation consisting of 2-seated & 3-seated rooms will be allotted to the students of 1st & 2nd year.

The College Sitamarhi Institute of Technology Sitamarhi facilities has a Bank branch that is not located in SIT Sitamarhi as it is presently running from a temporary campus (Badiuzzama Khan Institute of Polytechnic, Janipur, Sitamarhi). Nationalised and Private sector bank branches are located in Pupri town(5 KM from the temporary campus). 

The College has Different types of a Club Facility for the Students to join.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has motive for the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange a campus visit and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The College Conducts Seminars and Workshops for Students to learn.
