Sitamarhi Institute of Technology Sitamarhi facilities are single-seated rooms that will be allocated to final-year and pre-final-year students. Multi-seated accommodation consisting of 2-seated & 3-seated rooms will be allotted to the students of 1st & 2nd year.

Sitamarhi Institute of Technology facilities have a Bank branch that is not located in SIT Sitamarhi, as it is presently running from a temporary campus (Badiuzzama Khan Institute of Polytechnic, Janipur, Sitamarhi). Nationalised and Private sector bank branches are located in Pupri town(5 KM from the temporary campus).
