Sivaraj Siddha Medical College, Salem has become one of the important colleges giving instructions on the Siddha system of medicine. Degree wise Admission Process

BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery): The BSMS course is a major course run by Sivaraj Siddha Medical College for a full-fledged education in Siddha medicine. The admission for this program is solely on the applicant's NEET UG score. The program's duration is 5.5 years, including a compulsory rotatory internship.

Eligibility for BSMS:

1. Completion of Class 12 or its equivalent with minimum pass grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects.
2. A valid NEET UG score is mandatory for eligibility to apply.
3. The minimum age of the candidates and the percentage of eligibility in the qualifying examination shall be in accordance with that prescribed by the regulatory bodies.

Currently, the institution doesn't provide any other degree programs. Therefore, all 244 seats reserved for the BSMS course make the institute a single-point institution for education in Siddha Medicine.
