The college are separate hostel for boys. The hostels consist of separate buildings for UG students, Interns, PG students & PG Superspeciality students. The Residential quarters for Residents, Nursing & paramedical staff, and other non-teaching staff are located on the same premises of the medical college & hospital. The rooms of the hostels & residential quarters are well furnished, well ventilated with twin sharing along with airconditioner facility is also provided. Each hostel building has a separate visitors room, study room with internet & computer, recreation room with TV, Music, Indoor game, and Gymnasium facilities.

The College Central Library runs from 9 am to 9 pm in two shifts. It is air-conditioned with 1795 Sq. Mt. area. It is well spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere for students to study. There are rooms for librarians, a Journal room, staff, interns & residents along with a copying room. The library has a total of 19945 books with the latest journals around 157 in number. Online journals are also available. A separate reading room for students with a 24x7 facility is also provided.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College auditorium and seminar halls of SAIMS are state-of-the-art, built with a seating capacity of more than 750. It is named after Dr. C.P. Tiwari Auditorium, who was a renowned surgeon of M.G.M. Medical College, Indore, and a teacher of the Founder Chairman Dr. Vinod Bhandari. The auditorium is airconditioned with all the ultra-modern audiovisual and transmission facilities. The regular interfaces, conferences, and other cultural and academic events are held in the auditorium, whereas for smaller-scale events, the Seminar Halls are used, which are located in different parts of the college & hospital, and equipped with advanced presentation tools.

The College is a huge Central Mess for the UG / PG students, teachers, residents & other non-teaching staff. The students are provided breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner. The food provided is very hygienic and healthy. Regular cleaning of the mess and canteens is managed by the maintenance staff. The quality of the food is managed by the dieticians. The food for patients is also supplied by the Central mess and the diet chart is planned by the dieticians. The Central mess is located near the hostels and the canteens in the different parts of the medical college & hospital buildings.

The College well-established gymnasium to keep the students conscious of their health & fit for mental peace. There are different timings for boys & girls.

The College Sports facilities are very well available for the students. Indoor & outdoor games facilities are there on the campus. Outdoor games like football, hockey, cricket, tennis, racing, etc., and indoor games like table tennis, basketball, badminton, kho-kho, kabaddi, carom, chess, etc. are provided for the students. Annual sports competition is held regularly. Students also participated in regional / state / national level sports competitions and won prizes.
