Eligibility for BHMS course of Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. For MD, students must pass their BHMS degree and qualify NEET PG.
The Sri Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital provides 4 types of programmes in total where two is at the Undergraduate level and one at the PG level.
BHMS: The college has been granted an approved strength of 60 seats in its 4-year Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) programme. It is admitted on the basis of NEET scores. The student must have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects.
MD Homoeopathic Organon of Medicine and Philosophy: A 6-seat postgraduate programme. Sri Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital admission is based on NEET PG scores. A BHMS degree is mandatory for this candidate to make it eligible.
MD Homoeopathic Materia Medica: A second 6-seat postgraduate programme. Admission is on the same pattern as other MD programmes, i.e., NEET PG qualification and a BHMS degree.
MD Homoeopathic Repertory: This post-graduate programme also has an intake capacity of 6 seats. The admissions are made on the basis of marks in NEET PG and BHMS degree.
