48 MonthsDiploma in Craft Technology is a four-year full-time course offered by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should pass 10th, Age limit: 15 – 20 years. The exemption is for candidates from Traditional artisan families who themselves possess practical experience in temple and image sculpture. Members of this group will be granted an exemption of up to but not more than two years (Candidates from the exempted group must produce a certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer stating that they belong to an artisan family)
Admission Details
A written test in Drawing, Mathematics, and Telugu, as well as a viva voce examination, will be conducted in July of each calendar year. Based on the marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce the seat will be allotted to the Qualified candidates, following the rule of reservation of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
