Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

The eligibility criteria for admission into UG programs are as per the norms approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. The sanctioned seats in each program in the college are classified into CATEGORY-A and CATEGORY-B at the 1st Year Level and Lateral Entry at the 2nd Year Level.

Reservation Policy – Seats will be filled by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as per the Govt. approved Policy.
Category-A Seats: 70% of seats will be filled by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as per the norms approved
Category-B Seats: 30% of seats will be filled by the College as per the norms approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Category - Lateral Entry Seats: Lateral Entry candidates admitted into the 2nd Year directly as per the norms approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the class is good, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. Labs are maintained properly with updated systems, and the new version of technology is used. A separate system is provided for everyone during lab time. Sports are conducted once a week.

Facilities in our college and hostel are well-planned and designed. We have a clean and peaceful infrastructure with calm and good teaching staff. Sports and the medical economy in our college are more important than others. I am happy.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure in classes and labs is good. Labs are well-maintained with updated versions, and systems are very fast to respond. The hostel is not bad, and the food is nice, and worth for money. The menu changes daily. The medical facilities are also available on campus, and sports and gym facilities are provided for hostelers.
