St John's College of Nursing, Vellore Admission Process

St. John's College of Nursing, Vellore, is a leading nursing institution in the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Admission Process Degree-wise

B.Sc Nursing: Admission into the B.Sc Nursing Program is purely based on academic merit, such as 10+2 examinations with time given for examination with theory and practicals marks in physics, chemistry, and biology. Actual course admission candidate may have to consider state level or national level examinations conducted by the college, if any.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): A 20-seat approved GNM is also offered. The three-year diploma is oriented toward candidates who wish to pursue nursing as a career but are not fully geared toward full-time degree programs. Admission to the GNM program is normally based upon performance of the candidate in the 10+2 examinations with preference given to candidates coming from a science stream.
