The institute placement is conducted on-campus. SCMS Bengaluru placement cell also offers internships to its students. To ensure that the maximum number of students get placed, the SCMS Bengaluru placement cell organises seminars, guest lecturers, and other events. This helps students prepare for the SCMS Bengaluru placement drive.

• Invitation to the companies - The SCMS Bengaluru placement cell sends out email invitations to companies, and interested companies respond by reporting to the campus for the further campus placement process.

• Placement Dates Fixation - SCMS Bengaluru placement dates are set based on the mutual understanding and agreement of the recruiting companies and the placement team for conducting the campus drive.

• Personal Interview - The final stage of the selection procedure is a personal interview. Candidates must qualify for the interviews conducted by the companies. Personal interviews allow recruiters to determine whether the candidate is suitable for the job or not.

• Job Offer - Finally, the selected students are offered jobs and given an offer letter that includes all of the relevant data such as compensation structure, date of joining, and code of conduct.

Note: Students will be hired based on their skills. As part of the BBA programme, students are required to complete a mandatory one-month industry internship during June–July.
