Hi there
In solution to your query; any further changes in the fee structure of the courses for the future batches are technically tentative, although depending from type of University the fee can hike upto 10% of the existing fee structure, for past fees valuation you can verify the same of the website of the respective University.
Hope this answer helps; best wishes
Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Tamilnadu
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,
toughness level of the neet examination,
number of seats available etc.
But when we go through previous data then
>>>>>>> with 421 marks
You hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College .
For example,
in neet 2019, 470 marks for obc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in government medical college under Tamilnadu state quota and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Pudukottai
You can check the same at

But yes
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :--
----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
----------) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks
----------) Institute of Medical Sciences and SUMH, Bhubaneswar:-360 marks
----------) Sri Siddhartha Medical College DU, T Begur:- 328 marks
----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks
And a few more

You can get this admission only through the NEET examination. You need to clear the NEET exam with a decent score to get into Tamil Nadu Government Dental college. The qualifying cutoff usually for NEET is 135 marks as per the last year first of all to get eligible to apply for the medical courses. And to get into a GDC, you'll need approximately 420 and above marks.
Best wishes. Thankyou.
