24 MonthsMaster of Arts (MA) in Economics is a two-year full-time postgraduate Course offered by The New College, Chennai and affiliated to University of Madras, Chennai. M.A. Economics programme is best suited for students who look for career and/or higher study in such fields like banking and finance, retail, stock, and share brokers, NGOs, Self Help Groups rural and urban development projects of governments and so on. The programme prepares the students for these fields, with strong groundings in financial, fiscal, macro and microeconomics and statistics.
