congratulations on your score. If you could see, this is not only the best college, there many. According to your score, the college does not provide any seats. Coming to cut - offs, in 2019 it stopped at 137, whereas in 2020 it stopped at 146. You haven't mentioned any category, it will be easy to track the entry, if there is any special category. I had provided you the cut offs of general category.

See this can only be decided once the NTA releases its cut off but as per the previous year trends you will not be eligible for medical seat but you can apply for private medical college.
