VJTI is all about studies. U have to study hard. Events are not so cool. But placements are at the top. Students are well deserved and hardworking. 9 to 5 college schedule is hectic sometimes but lectures are worth. Great mob of students. Professors are awesome. Sports are good. Basketball is fun in VJTI.

As the college is one of the old college in our country,it's a best institute for engineering. You will be able to learn much more than only engineering. All you want is here like for robotic we have "SOCITY OF ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION" also for entrepreneurship qualities there is Ecell and lot more. Also the faculties are good.

If you want to get your favourite branch in vjti then you have to put yourself on top .only reserved category people can get their favourite branch on a pinch of marks. except for two or three teachers ,the faculty in the college is very bad in their subject.the student of M.Tech teach the B.Tech student.and some of them just do it for completing syllabus. the canteen is very poor in variety. but prices of various dishes are not very high. the hostel is like booth Bangala of a horror movie. the librarian treats students like street dogs. hence it is my advice to don't join VJTI. now the SPIT is emerging college and best to join for engineering. please don't fall in the rumour of people that you will get good placement in VJTI. it is in your hand to have good experience in SPIT or to have a disappointment like me in VJTI.
