Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time course offered by Anna University, Chennai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in the year 2000 with an initial sanctioned strength of 60 and it was increased to 120 in the year 2002. Our Mission is to provide quality education to the students and impart Communication excellence in them. Apart from making them good technocrats, we also provide individual attention to make them good citizens of our nation to serve the industry and society constructively.
The admission shall be on the basis of TNEA entrance exam.
Minimum educational qualification should be 10+2 and should possess minimum 50% of mark in his/her studies as per the norms of Anna University. Candidates should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects in their Higher Secondary level.
Diploma Holders (various branches) are also eligible to join II year of B.E/B.Tech directly. Minimum requirements for Diploma Holders: Admission to II year B.E. / B.Tech.
