VITSOL  admission is entrance exam-based.  VITSOL Chennai admissions for BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes is based on candidates' performance in 10+2 and valid CLAT/ LSAT-India scores followed by a group discussion and personal interview, while admission to VITSOL LLM course is based solely on merit of the candidate determined by the All India Admission Test (AIAT) conducted in VIT School of Law Campus or LSAT-India/ CLAT PG/ AILET (All India Law Entrance Test)/ Delhi University LLM Entrance Test followed by an interview. VIT School of Law UG Admissions 2024

VITSOL Chennai UG Admission Process

• Meet the VIT School of Law Chennai BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) eligibility criteria. 

• Appear and qualify the entrance exam- CLAT/ LSAT-India.

• Fill out the application form through online mode and pay the application fee of Rs 950.

• Candidates will be shortlisted for further rounds (group discussion and personal interview) based on their performance in class 12th and CLAT/ LSAT-India score.

• Following that, shortlisted applicants will be called for counselling.

• The final list will be prepared based on the marks secured in class 12th and the performance in the group discussion and personal interview.

• Final admission will be offered after the verification of documents and payment of VITSOL Chennai admission fees.

NOTE: If a candidate has qualified and has been called for counselling does not guarantee admission to him/her. This depends upon the performance in the GDPI and the availability of seats

VIT School of Law Chennai LLM Admissions 2024

The institute offers a total of three courses at the postgraduate level. VIT School of Law PG courses include LLM International Law and Development, LLM Intellectual Property Law and LLM Corporate Laws. The duration of the VIT School of Law courses is 1 year. • For admission to VIT School of Law LLM admission, candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

• Next, eligible candidates have to fill out the VITSOL LLM application form.

• Appear and qualify for the All India Admission Test (AIAT) conducted by the VIT Chennai or or any other All India Admission Test equivalent thereto* (*LSAT-India, CLAT PG, AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) for LL.M and Delhi University LLM Entrance Test). 

• Further, candidates have to appear for an interview at VIT Chennai Campus.

• The last step of the VIT School of Law admission process includes seat allotment, document verification and admission fee payment.
