In amrita university 70 % of the seat allocation is through AEEE and 30 %of the seat allocation is through jee mains. As per your concern , you are having 77 percentile and with obc category , you can get chances to get admit but not possible to which branch.hope

Generally amrita University do not accept JEE mains score officially but still you can have admission on the basis of JEE mains score there is not as such special cutoff criteria for amrita University because amrita University takes admission on the basis of its own exam which is AEEE,
