im EWS candidate i got 75.1 percentile in JEE mains can I get a chance to join in amrita University Coimbatore ?

There are chances to get admission. Your rank is unpredictable as 2nd session of jee mains is yet to be conducted which will change the total strength of jee mains.
Amrita University also accepts AEEE for admission. Cutoff list for jee mains is not available so it is hard to say the the actual cutoff rank. Cutoff vary as per reservation category and as per campus too. You have to wait until counselling time to know the cutoff.
