It's tough , but still.
You can try state counselling to find a other government or semi-government or private college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief and even Vet.

Hi Aspirant,
Cutoff for AUEET is based on various factors including number of candidates appeared, difficulty of the question paper,no of vacancies etc.It changes year to year.Generally the cut off for every year remains below 800 for any stream in AU.In addition to that you are non local so it will create much greater condition and competition to get the seat.So there is a feeble chance you get the seat in this college. But it varies year to year.I will insist you to sit in the counselling process.

Congratulations for securing such a good rank . Yes, with this rank you definitely get admit in AU in SC category. Because the expected cut off for the diffrent courses for your category is approx 3600. And you come under that. So you definitely get admission in AU.
Good luck!
Hello student,
I would like to inform you about local and non local seats. There are 15% seats reserved for local candidates. The rest 85% remaining seats are for everyone that is local as well as non local candidates. But the allotment of seats is purely on the basis of ranking. You will get a seat in any college only if you clear the cutoff ranking of respective colleges.

I hope you find this helpful.
We will need your All India Rank for assessing your options. Nevertheless, in 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 110780 secured a seat in MBBS under SC Female for AU region. If your All India Rank is lesser than this, you might have a chance. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The college also has several well-maintained auditoriums and seminar halls, where guest lectures and events are regularly held. In terms of recreational facilities, the college offers a gym, sports courts, and a student activity center. While the overall infrastructure is excellent, the college could improve its parking facilities, as space can be limited during peak hours.
college has all the infrastructure, facilities and well equipped labs. campus has wifi, smart classrooms, projectors, practical knowledge labs and classrooms. living space is clean and food is hygienic also
College has some better infrastructure facilities like clean and neat campus, good buildings and classrooms etc. Even though the classrooms are yet to be improvised with modern updations like projectors. Campus in not wifi enabled
