Usually other region candidates will be having 30% seat reserved in non-local regions for them. However the cut offs for these 30% will depend on the actual cut off, number of vacancies, number of non-local candidates.

However there will be no great change in these numbers. So you can rely on the previous years cut off.

The cutoff ranks are different for different categories.The duration of MCA is 3 years.Andhra university is one of the top most college in Andhra pradesh.Here are the closing ranks for every category to get mca in AU.

It is quite difficult to predict the exact cutoffs since they change every year based upon various factors such has total aspirants, difficulty level o exam, previous year cutoffs, etc.

Allahabad University has not released the cutoff for BA programme yet. However the cutoffs for Bsc Maths have been released. Last year for BA programme the cutoff for SC category candidates for the last round was 121, it had started form 192 for round 1. You can expect the cutoffs to be more or less the same with some changes.
