Well 348 seems a moderate marks but as the trend of cut off is increasing every year because of which getting a seat with 348 marks from OBC category seems with low possibility. But still I would recommend you to attend the counseling till the end to know more.

I would like to inform you that within a rank state of 1300 in AP LAW CET you have good chances to get a seat in JC college where as you will also be able to attain a seat in Andhra University if you wait till the second round of counselling because many students drop out after the first counselling.
