If you have reserved that seat then you can go back and claim that seat else you won't get the seat because in the later rounds if the applicant or candidate doesn't claim the seat it is alloted to other candidates participating in counselling. You can reserve the seat by paying its admission fees after allotment.
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada) is a public university, in Kakinada, East Godavari district, north of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. JNTUK has 3 constituent colleges which are situated at Kakinada, Vijayanagaram, and Narasaraopet. In addition to it, JNTUK has several Affiliated Colleges which offer UG, PG and Ph.D. courses.

First if you have got JNTU and rejected it, then you won't be able to go back to that college because the seats will be allocated to someother candidate. You will not have any other option except to go to the AU. Incase, if you haven't rejected the JNTUK and if you are still in the candidates list, then you might have a chances to make it into the college.

If you participate in the subsequent rounds of counseling then you will have to report to that particular college allocated to you in each and every round of counseling. So you should abide by the rules and should report to the allocated college for further admission process.

As you ask about fee reimbursement for the self finance Colleges in Andhra Pradesh so.. self financed college do not accept fee reimbursement and may you have to pay extra fees reimbursement or if you have any problems you may talk to authority for the fee reimbursement..
