So you can get admission in jntu but sometimes you may not get your desired branch if it is cse or civil .

You havnt mentioned the type of examination you gave. If its apcet then it's quite difficult for you to get any government college in vizag.You can check the last year cutoffs for the colleges you are looking for to get a clearer idea. Still you can try for counselling. 

Hey, you have low chances of getting into computer science engineering at jntu kakinada. The cutoff last year was about 3000. So thats a long shot. Yet i will emcourage you to apply and go through the last years cutoff on this site and check your category. I may have been wrong about your category.

Congratulations on your rank. But the rank is not sufficient for getting computer science and engineering in AU. You may get a seat in the andhra university although there are very less chances like on availability of seats. You might get seats in the departments of civil engineering, chemical engineering and marine engineering in the Andhra University.
