Hello Jaya, unfortunately, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the colleges in Andhra Pradesh. 2018 closing rank marks of the last admitted SC category student was 411 in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam. Moreover, this year's cutoff is bound to increase, I don't think you have any chance to secure a seat.

Aspirants must be  10+2 passed with a least 60% marks from a recognized with subjects english/ physics/ maths/ biology

Cut off rank for pharm d in Andhra university

As you got 21 k rank you have more chances to get into Andhra university

Based upon previous year cut offs for bvsc and the examination difficultylevels , you are most likely to easily clear the cutoff and get admissions.For AU region and BCD CATEGORY , the cutoff ranks generally go upto 4300s- 4600s. So ,you shall get admissions in the course.

Yes, you can get admission into the above mentioned Colleges Andhra university and JNTU, Kakinada. So i also mention the branches in which you can get seat are as follows,

• In Andhra university, you can find admission in branches like Electronics and communication engineering and also Marine Engineering.
• In JNTU Kakinada, you have the higher chances of getting seat in core branches like Mechanical, Computer science, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical and Civil engineering also.

So, based on your rank, these are the Colleges where you can find admission. And, these are totally based on the previous years trendstand it need not be the same this year and it varies also. Be patient and attend the counselling sessions without fail and so that you can have better preferences between colleges.

The necessity of domicile certificate will be informed by the University during the time of counselling in list of documents to be submitted. However domicile ceetificates are usually collected from non local students.

Its difficult to get seat at 18 thousand rank 

BCD reservation is lower 

So cutoffs are high 

Low branches too end at 12 thousand previous year statistics

There may be very very less chance but can't say you may get other good colleges for sure

Andhra University's engineering tution fees for EAMCET Admissions is 40,000 but for AUEET Admissions,  it is 1,50,000/- per year. The hostel and mess fees keep changing every year. So, there isn't any proper information available regarding the hostel and mess fee. So, the tution fees per year is 1,50,000/-
